Husband Cohabitating
We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for yet another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any a lot more. He stated he required time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a large amount of funds out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a brand new location to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have an additional woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her within the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just right after he had left our client.
We had been able to supply our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that soon after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been getting an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
